Bio
Axel Dopfer is a student athlete at Loughborough University, studying mechanical engineering while pursuing a cycling career. 2021 was his first season of road racing in Europe: he went under 48 minutes in his debut open time trial as well as take three stage wins at the Interstuhl Cup. Building on this success, he won a team gold medal and set a new course record at the 2022 Bath University Cycling Club 3-Up Team Time Trial.
