Bio
Luisa Baptista is a Brazilian Olympian and Pan American, South American, and national champion in triathlon. Alongside winning the Pan American Games, she counts as a highlight in her career coming 4th behind her idol Nicola Spirig at the 2020 Valencia World Cup. Under the tutelage of Nicola’s coach Brett Sutton, Luisa is similarly versatile across distances with wins over the Olympic and middle distance and is well and truly coming into form in 2022 with new personal bests over bike and run. She counts it an honour to be selected to be part of history on Nicola’s Sub8 pacemaker team.
