Bio
Matt Bottrill is a 60x UK national champion with over 500 race wins to his name. Despite holding down a full-time job and only having eight hours of training per week, his focus on efficiency in training and maximising aerodynamic performance resulted in near-total domination of the domestic time trial scene and UK time trial records over 25 and 50 miles. (The 50-mile record still stands.) He advised Victor Campenaerts for his successful Hour Record attempt in 2019. Transitioning into racing and coaching triathlon resulted in multiple age group and overall wins for himself, and cycling transformations for many triathletes including the likes of Ironman world record holder Tim Don.
