Bio
Richard Varga is Slovakia’s most successful triathlete with two Olympic Games under his belt. He started out as a swimmer and became the best junior swimmer in Slovakia, breaking both Junior and Senior National Records across all events. Making the move across to triathlon at the age of 19, he soon became renowned as one of the best swimmers in the sport, leading out of the water in events from European to World Series level. Blessed with speed in both swim and run, Richard is a rare unicorn who has won the aquathlon world championships four times.
