TOGETHER WE RISE.
The Phoenix is a mythical bird that undergoes eternal rebirth, rising from the ashes to reshape itself with renewed youth. It represents growth and the relentless pursuit of positive change.
The Pho3nix Foundation is a non-profit organisation created by Polish businessman Sebastian Kulczyk, with the sole purpose of promoting physical activity as a way to improve health and wellbeing among children with a particular focus on those in disadvantaged situations. The Foundation’s core mission is expressed in two parts – to create global initiatives which inspire, including the Sub7 and Sub8 attempts and the Pho3nix team of elite athletes, as well as to deliver local and regional programs that directly assist youth endeavour.
The Pho3nix Foundation believes that sport and physical activity play a crucial role in every aspect of a child’s personal development, creating a sense of belonging, ambition and self-esteem while promoting healthy and active habits that will stay with them for life. Our goal is to create an ecosystem that supports all children, especially those who require an equal start.
PUSHING THE LIMITS OF HUMAN POSSIBILITY
THE PHO3NIX TEAM
The Pho3nix team is a collective of elite athletes that embody the Pho3nix ethos. With a roster including both current Triathlon world champions, Georgia Taylor-Brown and Vincent Luis, and the defending men’s Olympic champion Alistair Brownlee, each Pho3nix Team athlete takes on the responsibility to inspire, guide and assist the next generation.
PHO3NIX ATHLETE PROJECT
The Pho3nix Athlete Project looks to provide support to Olympic athletes from all over the world who require assistance to find themselves on an equal footing when competing at their chosen Games. By providing financial and commercial backing, Pho3nix endeavours to allow these athletes to compete at their best on the biggest stage, inspiring their local communities.
Our participation projects focus on making a child’s first sporting memories inclusive, educational and above all, fun! Our education programs have already reached more than 50,000 kids across Europe either within schools or via our online platforms, while Pho3nix Kids triathlons, camps and semi-camps are regularly held across two continents.
To create a worldwide legacy in which sport and activity are integral to the personal development of all young people, fostering a sense of purpose, focus and possibility that strengthens across generations.
To inspire every child to participate in sport and be a positive example of the health and happiness that sport brings.
